WordPress plugin: Vox Crossposter Change Log

- Added the option to move/turn off the header of the entry that was crossposted to Vox. You can now set it to appear at the top of the post, bottom of the post or turn it off so that there is no header crossposted.

- Changed the HTML of the email being sent to the Vox Moblog address. I found, with the help of a user of the plugin, that the extra HTML tags I was including in the email was stopping the body of the post from showing up in the Vox entry in some cases.

- Added a sidebar to give the user the option of not crossposting the entry to Vox:
- Changed the code to use get_settings instead of get_option since the only thing get_option does is call get_settings!
