We booked our cruise last night!  We’re going on a 7 day, 6 night cruise in the first week of September.  I can’t wait.  I haven’t had a vacation since I lived with my mom…and that was a LONG time ago.  I’ll post the itenerary when I get a hold of it.  What I know is this: we are flying to Boston and are going to drop Aaron off with Meri’s grandma.  She will be watching him the majority of the week we are gone.  After we drop him off, we are free…for a whole week!  We are both nervous about leaving him since I had some issues getting him to go to bed last night.  It seems that Meri not being there played a big role in him not being able to go to bed for me.

Meri is out tonight with the women of her playgroup (well, Aaron’s playgroup technically).  One of the women is moving out of town because her husband got a new job.

We also found out that we won’t be able to make any phone calls from the ship.  That has us both very nervous about leaving him as well.  He will be in good hands with people that love him.  I just hope that he does not get too spoiled being away from us.
