Aaron woke up this morning with a case of pink eye in both eyes.  Yesterday was his first day in day care and he celebrates it by getting pink eye!  So Meri took him to the pediatrician this morning and we learned that not only does he have pink eye, he also has a sinus infection and an ear infection!  Now you’re probably wondering “how in the world can parents not know their kid is that sick?!”.  Well, if you look at how my son is acting, it’s not any different than how he acts when he is 100% fine!  He’s a strong boy!

In other news, Meri and I bought Aaron a wooden swing set and are in the process of putting it together.  We bought it Sunday, 4.2.06 and worked on it for about 3 hours.  Yesterday I came home and worked on it for another 2 1/2 hours!  This thing is a beast to put together.  Aaron seems to enjoy it so far.  I’ve got enough of it put together for him to climb on.  For his height, the platform on it is very tall but he climbs up there, looks around, climbs down and then back up again.  My son has no fear!

I’m home for the rest of the day, doing the rest of my work.
